Every Thursday night, the lights go low, the drinks get stronger and live jazz takes over downstairs. Hidden beneath Darlinghurst Road, Dulcie’s is a live jazz bar in Kings Cross keeping the suburb’s old after-dark spirit alive, with velvet booths, brilliant musicians and cocktails made entirely with Australian spirits.

Take a seat, order a cocktail made with Australian spirits and stay for a set or two. The music starts at 8:30pm, entry is free and, if one drink turns into three, well, that’s between you and Friday morning.
