If you wanna know what it’s like to travel around Australia trying everything from whiskey that starts life in an old tumble dryer, gin distilled from a prohibition era recipe and why Australian moonshine is nothing like ‘prison hooch’; then this session is for you.

Led by the actual people behind the bar at Dulcie’s, we’ll go through what it is to be ALL AUSTRALIAN when it comes to booze. Well have cocktail specials and samples from places like Poor Toms Gin, Melbourne Moonshine, Beenleigh, Brookies Gin, Prohibition Liquor, Manly Spirits and much more going throughout the night. Brandy, Jono, Thomas and Rhiannon will make sure you have a ball.
